It is with great sadness that I announce the recent passing of several IBEW Local 1900 members.
Michael Spindler was a Plant Technician Electrician at GenOn Chalk Point. Brother Spindler started his career at Pepco in April 1981 and remained at Chalk Point when Pepco sold its generation in the early 2000’s.
Manuel A. Pardo was a Building Engineer-A in Facilities Operations at Pepco. Brother Pardo started his career at Pepco in May 1986.
Getu E. Habetemichael was a Test Specialist in Substation T&S at Pepco. Brother Habetemichael started his career at Pepco in October 2007.
John P. Steele III was a Test Specialist in Substation T&S at Pepco. Brother Steele started his career at Pepco in June 2008.
Please join me, the Officers and staff at Local 1900 as we mourn the loss of our Union Brothers. Please continue to keep their families in your thoughts and prayers.
