We would like to inform you that the ballots for the 2024 Election of Officers and Delegates to the 41st International Convention were mailed today, Tuesday, January 23, 2024. Please be on the lookout for them, as they should be arriving in your mail within the next few days.
To ensure smooth processing of the election, we kindly request that you carefully follow the provided ballot instructions and promptly mail your completed ballot in the #9 return envelope. Please make sure that your ballot is received no later than Saturday, March 2, 2024, at 8:00 am.
The verification and counting of all received ballots will take place on March 2, 2024, at 9:00 am at the Courtyard by Marriott located at 1320 Caraway Court, Largo, Maryland 20774.
