It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Nighesti Watkins, a valued member of IBEW Local 1900 and a dedicated meter service technician in the Meter Services department. Sister Watkins devoted 30 years of her life to PEPCO, and her contributions will be deeply missed by all of us.
