We are pleased to announce that IBEW Local 1900 and the Potomac Electric Power Company (Pepco) have reached a tentative agreement on a new contract for Pepco’s more than 900 represented employees. This agreement reflects our commitment to ensuring fair and equitable wages, benefits, and working conditions for our members.
As we move forward, IBEW Local 1900 will share the details of the tentative agreement with our membership for ratification. We are currently in the process of scheduling meetings to discuss this important agreement with our members. Please stay tuned for a notification and announcement early next week regarding these meetings.

Please note, our current collective bargaining agreement will remain in effect until June 27, 2025.
